If you want to be thoroughly annoyed, use this service. I was supposed to pay tax to them for a package to arrive, and I did after following the instructions on their app, which claimed that it will reflect 2 - 3 days later. A work-week later, I checked with them, and they apparently had not received my payment. I was outraged. Now, I had to pay for the second time using the bank payment option for the sake of getting my package, at least, but generally, INCOMPETNCE is what you'll find here

I have had a very poor experience with Buffalo Logistics. My parcel has been delayed for 13 days with no proper explanation. The system shows the package as received, but I have not received anything. I requested the driver’s number plate to verify the delivery, but the company refuses to provide it. Customer service keeps saying they are investigating, yet no progress has been made. This service is unreliable and I would not recommend Buffalo Logistics to anyone.

Worst Delivery company ever! They made a mistake twice with my delivery and sent it with the wrong driver. It had to be returned to warehouse, not once but this happened twice. The 3rd attempt for delivery is taking forever to arrive. The number provided for the company does not work and as soon as you dial it, it says number has been changed or it is not in use. The tracking system sucks. They don't provide any number or contact details of the driver other than his name. Very poor service!
