BEWARE! If you attempt to use this app to do ANYTHING except to place NEW orders, you are in for a nightmare experience! I placed my initial order in store and received an email link to this app to "help" manage my orders BUT instead of allowing me to conveniently change from brushed nickel to oil rubbed bronze within a few hours of leaving the showroom, it DUPLICATED the ENTIRE order and will not allow cancelation claiming items have already shipped and FedEx and UPS show otherwise...

The app stopped working after the last update on opening it. It would freeze without moving beyond the initial opening picture. I tried restarting the app and the phone multiple times to no avail. So I un-installed and reinstalled twice again, to no avail.

This app used to work for me and I have purchased several things from it. Now when I try to open it I just get a message saying it has stopped. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn't work. update: I was so surprised to see a response from the developer telling me they had fixed the issue with the app. I downloaded the update and everything works now! thank you!
