About this app

BuildColab is the mobile companion to the BuildColab construction project management platform. Track your site, tasks, and documents from your phone – in the field, in the office, or on the go.

With the app, you can:
• View your projects – phase, team, tasks, and files on one screen.
• Work with site tasks – boards, statuses, assignees, and comments.
• Open project files – drawings, specifications, contracts, and photos; upload new files from your phone, download, and share documents.
• Track contracts with contractors.
• Schedule meetings in your calendar, upload meeting recordings, and receive transcriptions and suggested tasks.
• Get notifications about what your action requires.
• Ask Boro – BuildColab’s AI assistant – about your projects.
• Access the organization modules: nomenclatures, inquiries, report register, and partners.

Who can use the app
BuildColab is a platform for construction companies. Accounts are created by your company administrator in the BuildColab web application (portal.buildcolab.com); you log in to the mobile application with the same email and password. Subscription is managed from the web application.
