Hit record, put your phone down, and focus on the conversation. Loop Notes keeps recording through screen locks and phone calls, then hands you a clean transcript, an AI summary written the way you want it, and your action items pulled out and ready. And all of that gets synced straight to Loop CRM. You can even take photos during your meeting and those will automatically be synced and associated with the contact you are meeting with.

Know who said what
Loop Notes identifies each speaker and lets you name their voice, so your summaries read "Sarah agreed to send the estimate" instead of "Speaker A." Names flow through to your summary and action items.

Recording a daily log or walking a job site on your own? Switch to Log mode. Built for field notes and end-of-day recaps. It's faster, and can create a Daily Log for you in JobTread.

What’s new

Fixed an issue with longer meetings not finishing. Now, Loop Notes keeps processing after you leave the app.
