About this game

BuildFixer is a renovation management simulation where you run your own
contracting crew. You pick the jobs, you buy the tools, you decide how hard to
push each day — and you live with the results. Every project is a small bet:
take the fast money or the job that grows your reputation, work carefully or
race the deadline and hope nothing breaks.

You start with $500, two hand tools and a job board full of small studio work.
Accept a contract and it becomes your active project, broken into real tasks —
demolition, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring and decoration — each with
its own materials and tool requirements. You cannot start a job you are not
equipped for, so the shop and the job board pull against each other from the
first day. Every work day you choose an intensity, watch the work units land
across your tasks, and absorb whatever the day throws at you: a supplier delay,
a jammed power tool, a surprise inspection, or a client who suddenly wants more
done and is willing to pay for it. Finish on time at high quality and the payout
and reputation follow. Finish late and the penalty comes straight off the top.

5. Deliver, bank the payout, and take on something bigger
