About this app

This is an inspection report creation app for building maintenance, cleaning, and facility management companies. Simply take photos on-site, add comments, and instantly create an A4 inspection report, which can then be output as a PDF and sent via email. Reports can be completed using only a smartphone, without returning to the office.

Main Features

You can attach photos taken on-site to your report (no limit on the number of photos).

You can select the status of each item ("Normal/Abnormal/Repair Needed") and record comments using pre-defined templates or free-form text.

Once company information is set up, it will be automatically reflected in reports.

Created reports are output as A4-sized PDFs and can be shared via email or the app.

You can register customer information (name, address, phone number) and recall it with a single tap next time.

You can view and re-output recently created reports in a list.

Simple Operation

Large font size and minimal operation. Even those unfamiliar with smartphone operation can complete reports simply by selecting photos, comments, and status.

Pricing

There is no limit to the number of reports you can create. You can create as many as you like for free. PDFs generated with the free version will have a faint watermark. Upgrading to the Pro version removes the watermark and allows you to add your company logo to reports. The Pro version is available as a monthly subscription of ¥390 or a one-time purchase of ¥2,900. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
