“Bitexco Property” is an application that allows the Management Board to manage building operation services, tenant management and is a channel for information exchange between residents, customers and the Management Board. At the same time, the application also provides a function to help users and residents when they need to give feedback to the Management Board easily, quickly and conveniently:
- Easily send requests to the Management Board: Directly send requests, report errors, problems about service and building quality.
- Receive information quickly from the Natural Resources Management Board: be updated with general news of the building; Human service announcement; Receive and respond to requests from the Management Board.
- Actively control and look up information: Check and look up information on services such as management fees, electricity, water, vehicles....
- Convenient payment: Online payment can be made if there is a link between Viettel Pay and VNPay.
- Register to use the service: register to use the community house, swimming pool and other utilities;
- Actively assess the quality of cultural management services: Participate in surveys and evaluations of consultation sessions of the Management Board.
