About this app
BolhAPP is Álvarez Bohl's warehouse management application, designed for the daily work of warehouse staff.
It allows you to perform operations directly from your mobile device using barcode scanning:
• Inbound: receiving and verifying orders, with batch and location tracking.
• Outbound: preparing and recording outgoing merchandise.
• Returns: managing returns.
• Movements: transferring stock between warehouse locations.
• Alerts: expiration date notifications and stock discrepancies.
TRACEABILITY
Each operation is recorded with the product, batch, location, quantity, date, and the operator who performed it. The information is instantly synchronized with the central management system.
CAMERA USE
The camera is used exclusively for reading barcodes. The scan is processed on the device itself: no photos or videos are captured, stored, or sent. All screens also allow manual barcode entry.
ACCESS
Internal use only. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and credentials are managed by the company; therefore, registration through the application is not possible.
