Ratings and reviews

I have to constantly close and open the app again to make it do basic functions. It almost takes an act of God to get it to download or load the building locations the first time you search. Then there's the random loading it gets stuck on sometimes, not to mention the being unable to see what you type once you go down past the box. Then you have to turn your phone sideways and try to find your location without deleting everything. The process of distributing reports is also terrible.

terrible app that is constantly locking me out because it keeps changing my password and the auto login then locks it up. utterly ridiculous

Saved Services on Android is a huge mess; not saving presets correctly, uncapitolizing words, filler options you cannot delete.
