Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work. It states to upgrade to newer version but where is the newer version? Un-installed and reinstalled this and get the same message. Clicked on "Upgrade" from within the app and it brings right back up here and the loop continues. :( It would be great if you can fix and also provide clear instructions when a version upgrade is required and how to go about it. Currently, the functionality is down can can't book the space. :(

stuck using it for work but the whole experience is dreadful. It works but it doesn't make anything easy. Their web version is even worse.

The 'increase' and 'decrease' votes result in extreme deltas in the 'goal' temperature. For example, a colleague voted for the temp to go up (it was at 73) and the new goal was 79, which is too hot. Also, if one person in an area disagrees, the temp stays at a universally uncomfortable level. Why not let people set a preferred temp and then base changes in temperature on the number of people with preferences above or below the current temp? Having to constantly vote to avoid extremes is silly.
