Anchor tenants themselves can also be direct consumers of the product. The platform’s priority is to provide building tenants with a seamless and streamlined experience in accessing a building and existing within a building. It focuses on increasing efficiencies for both the tenant and building manager and reducing burdensome frustrations and overheads. This is achieved by facilitating digital management of issuing and cancelling access passes, enrolling people into security systems, communicating with tenants around building issues, facilitating building inductions and providing critical contacts for tenants that reside within enabled buildings.
