Building Stack is a cloud-based property management platform designed for tenants and landlords of the mobile era.
The Building Stack app gives property managers access to all their data, including building and unit amenities, tenant contact information, lease details and more, right at their fingertips. They can communicate with tenants individually or as a group, and send real-time e-mail, SMS, phone call or push notifications. Portfolios vacancy rates and listing performance reports are only a few taps away.

Ratings and reviews

I couldn't even create (activate) my account. The app didn't register the address I selected from the drop-down menu, and that's the end of it. Please withdraw the app from Google Play Store, until you iron out all the bugs. Thanks. I just tried it, again. Same bug!

"Automatic" payments are not charged as recurring, they are scheduled 1-time payments. This seems extremely misleading to me and customer support danced around my questions concerning this instead of answering directly. Also, any time you need to make a serious change the app just launches you to the website, so I'm not sure what the point of the app is.

This app is terrible. I cannot describe in any words how infuriating and ill designed it is. Constantly pushing affiliated companies. If you get an email notification about a ticket and click to see it, you're screwed. Wanna know why? It needs you to sign in, then recieve another email with a one time use code (so stupid already). But guess what! You can't enter it because you have to back out of the page to get the code. I don't want this app. I hate it. Nobody should use it.
