The number of work sites is increasing, but records are scattered across KakaoTalk and notebooks.

Konda gathers everything happening at a single site in one place.

■ One Chat Room for Each Site

When you upload photos, create documents, request signatures, or register attendance,

that activity remains as a card in the site chat.

You no longer need to scroll back through KakaoTalk to find out, "When did I do that?"

■ Documents Directly from Forms

You can create mandatory site documents, such as commencement notices, safety management plans, risk assessment reports, and safety training logs, by filling them out directly from the forms.

The site name, address, and type of construction are already pre-filled.

■ Approvals by Site

Received approvals are grouped and stacked by site. You can see which site a document belongs to at a glance,

and complete the review, approval, or rejection process with a signature directly within the app.

Completed documents are uploaded directly to the site's shared folder.

■ Remote Electronic Signature

You can obtain signatures via a text link even from those who do not have the app.

You can immediately see who signed and who remained on the chat list card. ■ Daily Worker Attendance and Settlement

Record the daily wage and bank account details together in the logbook.
