About this app

Construction daily reports are necessary. Creating them doesn’t have to be a pain.

BuildMinute™ helps foremen, superintendents, construction managers, and project managers document the workday and create clear, professional PDF daily reports directly from the jobsite.

CAPTURE THE WORKDAY

Take project photos and videos, add optional project, date, time, and GPS stamps, and dictate notes into editable text. Document progress, manpower, safety, delays, tomorrow’s plan, and custom report sections.

BUILD REPORTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY

Start a report in the morning, add details as work progresses, and return to the saved draft later. Rename, add, remove, and reorder sections. Adjust work times and choose exactly which photos appear in the finished report.

ADD JOBSITE WEATHER

When enabled, BuildMinute™ uses the saved jobsite location and selected work times to include hourly temperatures, general conditions, wind, gusts, and the approximate distance to the reporting weather station.

CREATE AND SHARE PROFESSIONAL PDFS

Review the completed report, generate a polished PDF, and send or share it using the options available on your device.

LOCAL-FIRST STORAGE

BuildMinute™ does not store copies of your Daily Reports or project photos in its cloud service. Reports, drafts, photos, and videos remain on your device unless you export or share them.

Export important reports before deleting your account, uninstalling the app, replacing your device, or clearing application data.

An optional BuildMinute™ Pro subscription provides unlimited report generation and continued access to AI transcription.
