BuildoBox helps real estate investors analyze properties, plan rehab budgets, and keep deal work organized from first look through execution.

Use BuildoBox to model flip and rental scenarios, estimate renovation costs, review key deal metrics, and save property records to your account. The Android app connects with the BuildoBox web workspace so your saved deals and account settings can stay available across supported devices.

Premium features
BuildoBox includes optional paid plans for deeper analysis and workflow tools. Availability can depend on your platform, subscription tier, and account entitlement. Subscription purchases and renewals are managed through Google Play when purchased on Android.

Account and privacy controls
Create an account to save and sync property work. You can manage profile settings, contact support, restore purchases, sign out, and delete your BuildoBox account from the Account screen. Account deletion removes BuildoBox-managed app data subject to limited retention for billing, fraud prevention, security, backups, dispute handling, platform compliance, and legal obligations. Google Play subscriptions must be managed through Google Play.

BuildoBox is designed for planning and productivity. Calculations, estimates, AI-assisted suggestions, receipt extraction, reports, exports, and third-party data can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. BuildoBox does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, brokerage, inspection, insurance, tenant-screening, accounting, contractor, or investment advice.
