About this app
BuildTack is a construction management app for site teams. It connects the people on site to the office, so attendance, material movement and spending are recorded where they actually happen instead of on paper.
An employer-issued account is required. BuildTack is provided to staff by companies that use the BuildTack platform, and there is no public sign-up.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Attendance
Punch in and out at the site with a photo and a location check, so the record reflects who was actually there. Review your month as a calendar or a list, and open your salary slip once it has been published.
Site requirements
Raise a material requirement against a project, list what is needed and how much, and follow it from approval through ordering and delivery.
Material received
Log deliveries as they arrive. Record the challan number, vendor and quantities received, photograph the material and the delivery slip line by line, and link the receipt to the requirement it fulfils.
Payments and petty cash
Submit purchase and labour bill payment requests against supplier invoices. Raise petty cash requests and log daily expenses for approval.
Daily progress reports
Record the day's work, labour count and site conditions, with photographs.
Tasks
See what has been assigned to you, update progress, and discuss it with your team in the task chat, with files and photos attached.
