Ratings and reviews

It feels like we're still beta testing this thing, even after recent updates. The old app was perfectly fine (que the old "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" slogan). This one is riddled with bugs. I've created a couple tickets with their support team, they are aware that there are still some kinks that the engineering team has to work out. The content, when you're able to watch the video, is still good.
