About this app

The Built Inspect App empowers inspectors to complete draw inspections directly from their mobile device to deliver real time inspection results to lending institutions. This app allows you to easily organize, schedule and manage your inspections right at your fingertips! Easily inspect properties by taking photos, track construction progress and record comments for lenders while on the construction site. The Built Inspect App removes the need for outdated paper inspection sheets! Inspections will be saved in areas of poor service & automatically submitted once connected to WiFi or cellular data reducing upload issues - allowing the inspector to complete inspections anywhere.

Ratings and reviews

Customer support is great id give a 5 out 5 for thier support but unfortunately when you have no service It will make you cuss louder then a sailor capsizing, cause you won't be able access your inspections when you get on site to take photos so if your in the mountains of Colorado this app is utter garbage to be honest. Great when it works but get ready to blow a fuse when it doesn't. They need to add an offline inspection feature or allow you to upload photos direct to app (unlikely)

For documenting inspections, I don't see how it could be a better tool.

Perfect for my business. Very efficient and works well.
