About this app

The Bukio mobile app is a tool for restaurant staff to quickly manage reservations on the go. You can view and manage incoming reservations at the counter, in the room or on the go – no need to sit at the computer admin interface.

The app is a complement to the Bukio restaurant reservation management system and only displays data from the restaurant you are logged in to.

MAIN FEATURES

- Daily reservations at a glance – a list of reservations for today or any selected day, filtered by status (pending, approved, declined, canceled) and date.

- Calendar date picker – jump to any specific day, view past and future reservations.

- One-tap approval and rejection – manage pending reservations instantly, with optional justification.

- Manual reservation recording – record phone or on-site reservations directly from the app with a few taps, without sitting at the computer interface.

- Visual table map – you can see the table layout graphically and assess at a glance which tables are occupied or free.

- Internal comments – staff can add private comments to reservations that the guest cannot see.

- Guest history – a given guest’s previous reservations are quickly accessible for better service.

- One-touch calling – the phone number associated with the reservation can be called directly.

- Event marking – if a reservation has an event offer, it will also appear in the list, marked if the guest requested it.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Staff at restaurants that have a Bukio account. The restaurant administrator will provide mobile access and a PIN code to log in – there is no separate registration in the app.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

The application only accesses the reservation data of the logged-in restaurant, via an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Booking data is not stored permanently on the device; only the secure session token is stored, which is deleted upon logout. The application does not collect data that is not necessary for operation and does not contain advertising.
