Bukmi Business brings the daily ledger of small appointment-based businesses to your pocket: designed for barbers and hairdressers, dental clinics, private practices, psychologists, beauty and spa centers, veterinarians, gyms, trainers, and car services.
DAILY TASKS IN ONE PLACE
• Calendar — View your appointments, add appointments manually, drag and drop to postpone, and cancel. Group classes, room/unit assignment, and recurring appointments are supported. • Quick Sales — Process payments for walk-in customers in two taps. • Cash Register — Track your daily collections with cash, card, and wire transfer breakdowns; close your register at the end of the day. • Receipts — Multiple services, products, and staff on a single receipt. • Customers — Your customer list, notes, and session records are always with you; import customer data as a CSV, export to Excel. • Staff — Invite your team, give everyone access to only the screens they need. Creating a staff account is free. • Pages tailored to your business — Tire and maintenance tracking at a car service center, membership management at a gym, vaccination schedule at a vet, homework tracking at a private tutoring center. • Notifications — Appointment confirmations and reminders are automatically sent to your customers; you can send one-time notifications to customers with appointments within a specific date range.
HOW DO YOUR CUSTOMERS FIND YOU?
You can make your business visible in the Bukmi showcase: customers will search for you, find you, and book appointments online. Or, you can use the app solely as your own appointment book without appearing in the showcase — the choice is always yours.
GETTING STARTED
Every newly registered business uses all advanced features for the first three months — ninety days — and is free of charge; no card information is required, and the period ends automatically. Once the period is over, the advanced screens close; all entries you have made up to that point are read and exported to Excel.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Your data is protected under the GDPR; health data is processed only with explicit consent. • You are the only one who can see each customer's record.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
• You can log in with your Apple, Google account, or email address.
Basic use is free.
bukmi is not a medical device or official accounting program; it is an appointment and internal business financial tracking tool. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment.
