Ratings and reviews

The app is ok. The Bulbrite bulbs, however, will not connect. This seems to be the only place to complain. I have a bulb that has worked flawlessly since 2021. out of four recently purchased bulbs, only one works but needs resetting frequently. The other three bulbs will not connect. I will look for an alternative smart bulb source, and I recommend others look elsewhere, too.

For the first 6-9months, all worked well. In the past 6months, the app has been frustrating. As other people have commented: my scenes keep getting deleted. This causes the schedule to not work, either... In addition some, but strangely not all, items on my schedule seem to get switched on and off at random. This is disappointing and getting very frustrating. If not fixed in the next month I'll be switching to a different brand.

Update: 11/20 dropped to 4 stars because the app still hasn't been updated to allow you to stay logged in. A basic function that shouldn't have ever been an issue & should have been fixe. I followed the instructions, and found everything worked flawlessly. I had 0 issues connecting the bulbs, and 0 issues with the app. The setup went without a hitch. The app is easy to use, and just works. Update: Seems to be a bug where the app doesn't stay logged in. I've had to re log in at least 4x already.
