I am facing issue subscription. An amount of ₹699 has been deducted from my account because Auto Pay was enabled. After the payment, I disabled Auto Pay. However, even though the payment has been successfully deducted, my 3-month subscription has not been activated yet. this app is totally fraud no any customer spot please avoid this froud application

Please consider my refund request. I took the ₹1 trial only to check the content, but I couldn't find the dramas I wanted. I didn't know the subscription would auto-renew or how to cancel it. The amount was deducted unexpectedly. A trial is meant to help customers decide whether they like a service. If the content isn't satisfactory, automatic renewal and no refund feels unfair. Customer support has not responded to my refund Please consider my refund request as a one-time exception. Thank you.

"From the beginning, I signed up for a trial on the Bullet Micro Drama app. After the trial period, an unauthorized payment of 699 rupees was deducted from my account. I immediately requested a refund via email, but I have not received any response yet. Furthermore, the contact number listed on the app no longer exists. I request urgent assistance in resolving this issue and processing my refund as soon as possible."
