This app doesn't work properly. It shows you a different watch than the one pictured in the specs. Since the beginning of 2026 the app is not working. Bulova please fix this, because as a watch collector I have several of your watches in my collection because you have amazing watches, on the other hand, your app needs to be fixed asap.

This happens on the Citizen watch app as well, the Bulova and Citizen apps only show the introductory page and give no options other than to sign in. I sign in and it says that I'm already signed in but there are no other options to look at the watches you have already registered or to register new watches. I like the apps when they work correctly. Developers, please get this fixed!

This app constantly freezes and hangs and crashes. And it has problems with registering watches and won't show you watches you have already registered in your account. This level of poor quality hopefully is not reflected in their watches. And the support email address is non working. Good going Bulova. I bet Timex doesn't do this.
