About this app

The Obsolete Inventory Disposal Team is a business app designed to help pharmacies quickly and accurately organize unused (returned) medicines.

Scanning the box barcode or 2D code (serial number) with a camera automatically populates the item, specifications, and unit price, and even the expiration date is entered all at once. The organized list can be exported directly to a designated Excel (.xls) format.

• Barcode / 2D (Serial Number) Scan

- The product is automatically located when captured with a camera, and the expiration date is automatically entered when the 2D code is read.

• Name Search

- Items without barcodes can be found by product name, specifications, or manufacturer.

• Separate Saving by Container (Bottle)

- Quantities are recorded separately rather than being combined, aligning with the sticker application process.

• Excel Export

- Automatically generates the obsolete file, 32-item sticker sheet, and sticker issuance sheet, and calculates the return amount.

- Exceptional items requiring verification are marked with color or memos.

• Login by Role

- Administrator: Issue and manage sales representative accounts

- Sales Representative: Issue and manage accounts for assigned pharmacies, and organize obsolete inventory

- Pharmacy: Log in to your pharmacy to organize and export obsolete inventory

(Pharmacy accounts handle only your own pharmacy's information and do not display information about other pharmacies.)

※ The camera is used only for scanning barcodes and 2D codes. No personal information other than login and account details is collected.
