Ratings and reviews

Do NOT use this app. I created an account online, tried to cancel my subscription. Was told to install the app to do so, app told me to go to email, get a code, call them and use the code to cancel. This company does everything in its power to make it hard to cancel your subscription, likely to ensure you pay. Money grab, info given was minimal and for the price they're asking.. that's unacceptable.

Great app when buying a car but they will overcharge you if you are not paying attention. They claim their monthly plan is $19.99.But reality is not a monthly plan, it's a two week plan and it's not $19.99. In reality, it's actually $24.99 and as soon you pay the first payment they will try to charge you every 2 weeks, if you will let them. Do not let your guard down when it comes to them. Soon as you do what you need to do, shut your payment off. As soon as possible!

It use to work but how every plate search says "no information found". Custimer service is worthless and would rather you cancel than look into the problem. Clearly customer support does not understand how the app works and just kept sending ne irrelevant information and saying there was nothing that could be done. Bumper was the best for having accurate stolen vehicle reports including local law enforcement and not just insurance reported thefts. Now it is not worth paying for.
