Ratings and reviews

Speaking just about this app, it lacks the title history that's available on the website. Regarding the servic, it general has much more limited accident history then one would expect. Given how national the used car market is 22/50 states reporting can give you false sense of security. Many of the cars I've seen with rebuilt / salvage titles show up "without issues" on this app.

I was hoping they would be an alternative to the usual suspects that have become quite expensive but unfortunately it failed. It listed zero accidents but I decided to just plug the vin into a regular Google search and it showed that it was salvaged and sold at an auction with extensive photos and descriptions of needed repairs. I just asked for a refund that they politely agreed to. Kind of disappointed , but buyer beware.

App sucks. I paid for a subscription. They never credited the payment. Can't search without the subscription. In an endless loop of. Searching then being told a subscription is needed.... logging in and still being told a subscription is needed.
