About this app

Cleaning Mobile is the day-to-day work app for cleaning and facilities teams. It replaces paper task sheets, printed method statements and emailed incident forms with a single app that works on a phone, in a plant room, with no signal.

Sign in with your work account and the home screen shows the shift you are on and the jobs waiting for you.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Start and end your shift from your phone and see the hours worked so far today, so there is no separate timesheet to fill in at the end of the week.

WORK THROUGH YOUR TASKS
Each task opens as a list of steps in the order they should be done. Tick a step off as you finish it, add a note when something is not as expected, and attach a photo as proof the work was done. Steps with a prerequisite — a safety check, a manager's sign-off — stay blocked until that prerequisite is met, so nothing is signed off out of order. Managers can raise a new task, assign it to a cleaner and see where every job on the site has got to.

REPORT WHAT YOU FIND
Raise an event the moment you find it: a spill, a breakage, a blocked exit, an injury. Set the location and how urgent it is, add photos and a short description, and it reaches the right people without a phone call or an email.

COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS
Method statements, risk assessments, safety data sheets and site rules are in your pocket, searchable, filtered by category, and always the current version — not a ring binder in the cleaners' cupboard.

AUDITS
Auditors work through a site audit section by section, scoring each one and attaching photo evidence as they go. A part-finished audit is kept as a draft, so a walk-round can be interrupted and picked up later without losing anything.

TRAINING
Short training videos in the L&D Library keep competencies current between shifts.

BUILT FOR BUILDINGS WITH NO SIGNAL
Basements, plant rooms and loading bays are where this work happens and where the mobile signal is not. Everything above keeps working offline. Completed steps, photos, events and audits are stored on the phone and sent automatically once a connection comes back, so there is nothing to remember to sync and nothing lost if the app is closed.

Cleaning Mobile is issued to staff and contractors by their employer. An account from your organisation is required to sign in, and the app cannot be used without one.
