Photos and videos of your camper; updates from camp; and the ability to send messages to your camper using Bunk Notes. The idea is great, I love seing my kids at camp, the facial recognition is good but the gallery is terrible! It only loads a handful of photos. You can click on one and swipe to see more photos but at random points it stops working and only shows black "photos" and won't continue showing more. It's very frustrating trying to look through 700+ photos taken on a single day.

Strange app, not sure why I paid for it. Have no idea if my messages have been viewed by my kid. You have to pay to allow them to respond to you, which I reluctantly did....but no response. Facial recognition seems pretty good. Overall there's not a lot of point to this application. It uses strange technology like fax machines and pdf's. The camp could have used seesaw for free soooo....

This app is terrible. Facial recognition doesn't work (I've called support numerous times and they said this is a known issue and can't provide an estimate when it will be fixed). You need to use their website to tag photos as this feature is not available in the app. Also the user interface is terrible and difficult to navigate.
