running Samsung S25 Ultra. The (free) app is awful and everything pushes you towards a pay wall. I have used it for 4 years for kids' summer camp, this is the first year it is pointless. There is no "gallery" option. I can see the camp's updates and photos from last week (it's Thursday). If I go onto the literal website, I can see that photos have been updated every day this week, but even that interface sucks viewing them on mobile - only half of the photo loads.

Did someone with no UI experience develop this app? It's horrible. Why is there not a section for photo albums, which is primarily what every parent will use this for? Instead you have to sift through the notifications to find pictures of your kid. And the speed at which the albums load makes me feel like I'm back in the days of dial speeds.

Pictures take forever to load. If they even load at all. Packages are too expensive. The minimum is $10 per camper for 10 notes (1 credit per note) but if my kids are only at camp for 5 days then what.... I just spent an additional $5 for each kid to pay for a service not being provided! You should consider providing an ad hoc service only charging per note sent for those that don't need or want a package.
