The prior app was working just fine. This "new" app with all the updates DOES NOT WORK! The app is unable to save my password. Unable to save my information. Why does Buona need to know my gender when it refuses to save it. Buona has enabled a non app solution. Just give the cashier your phone number. Until Buona & the developers come up with a solution, there you go.
Mr. Buona please go back to the previous app settings. Sorry but this new update app is GARBAGE & lost all offers, points that I build up for rewards & this happened to all us involved in app status. Birthday reward not even found to use. I have more but will run out of space ??????. Please go back to the original format app where there wasn't any problems. Concerned Customer looking for the past/old previous app to return from the died. Thanks 4 listening to my & all complaints. Please Fix it Up!!!
New App Update is a Disaster Password and sign in problems following new app update. Once overcome, app does not display my point total and history and is essentially nonfunctional.
Ruined - they ruined it!!! Horrible - just black dark app - which does not work. Shows no points. Shows no levels. Shows nothing but darkness. I have wasted hours on it. Won't let me change settings. So depressing.
Somebody Did Something Stupid Whoever designed this "update", and whoever signed off on releasing it, is guilty of gross incompetence. I'll affirm the overwhelming negative feedback, and pray that your food safety and kitchen sanitation hasn't been so ineptly handled. Get your act together.
The latest update is awful The new version is useless. No points shown, can't change password or other info, looks like it's an alpha version. Definitely not ready for public use. Thank God the beef sandwiches are still good.
