Listen Live brings you Romanian radio on your phone: over 280 FM and online stations, which start with a single tap. No ads, no account and no payments.

The rule behind the app is simple: tap on a station and the sound starts. Details come later.

What you'll find in the app

• Over 280 Romanian stations, the same list as on AscultaLive.ro
• Search with filters by genre, coverage and language
• Genres for any moment: dance, house, manele, popular, Romanian, oriental, Latin, rock, hip-hop, reggae, classical, relaxing, love, Christian, country, carols, for children, plus news, sports, culture and entertainment
• Coverage: national, regional, online-only and Moldovan stations
• Thematic playlists: for the road, for partying, for training, for relaxing
• "Surprise me" — a randomly chosen station, when you don't know what you want to listen to
• Favorites and list of recently listened stations
• Player with an audio cassette appearance, with the song that is currently playing
• Song history for the last 7 days, organized by day, with search
• Automatic shutdown, so you can fall asleep with the radio on
• Alarm that wakes you up with your favorite station
• Equalizer with presets
• Widget on the home screen and button in Quick Settings
• Send a station to a friend, with one tap
• Backup of your favorites, in a file that stays with you
• Background playback, with controls on the lock screen and on the headphones

No ads, no account

We don't ask you to register and we don't show you advertising banners. There is no subscription and no in-app purchases.

If a station doesn't play

On the station screen you have a report button. You tell us with one tap what's wrong, and we check the stream. You can also send a message via Contact from the app.

Listen Live is the app of the AscultaLive.ro website. The list of stations is the same in both places: a station you find on the site you can also find in the app.

You need an internet connection. Offline listening is not possible.

Ratings and reviews

The best radio app I've used so far. It offers a wide range of Romanian radio stations, but the best part is that it's completely free, ad-free, and requires no registration at all. It also comes with plenty of great features, like night mode, the ability to add your favorite stations for quick access, and the option to choose between national and regional channels.
