I just updated the app to the newest version and now I cannot get past the blue page. Even the login page doesn't load. I have already emailed Burjeel a few days ago regarding the issue but there has been no feedback. If I can't get into the login, I can't set appointments or review test results. I have deleted it and redownloaded it. Still no change.

How can i change the mobile number in app in case old number is not in use? No help from customer service hotline because they also dont know. Reception also don't have any idea.

I am facing frequent login issues with the application. I can log in only a few times in a day, and currently I am unable to log in at all or access my reports. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
