I just updated the app to the newest version and now I cannot get past the blue page. Even the login page doesn't load. I have already emailed Burjeel a few days ago regarding the issue but there has been no feedback. If I can't get into the login, I can't set appointments or review test results. I have deleted it and redownloaded it. Still no change.

I am experiencing repeated login issues with the Burjeel app. Each time I open the app, I am required to log in again instead of staying signed in, which is inconvenient. Additionally, I frequently receive an “attempt exceeded per day” error, even when I am entering the correct login details. This prevents me from accessing the app when needed. Kindly look into this issue and improve the login experience. A persistent login session

The app interface is good and user-friendly, but the daily usage limit is very annoying. After opening the app a few times to check results, it suddenly restricts login with a message saying the user limit for the day has been exceeded. This makes the app unreliable for frequent users.
