Ratings and reviews

I just updated the app to the newest version and now I cannot get past the blue page. Even the login page doesn't load. I have already emailed Burjeel a few days ago regarding the issue but there has been no feedback. If I can't get into the login, I can't set appointments or review test results. I have deleted it and redownloaded it. Still no change.

The app has a great and easy-to-use interface, but it's very unstable. It often freezes, shows errors, and crashes. Many users have reported these issues, but they still haven't been fixed. Also, please remove the SMS verification code required for every login. Fingerprint authentication should be enough.

Not good full of bugs. Multiple profile cannot be mapped or registered under single phone number. Also search of doctor or hospital is not at all efficient.When searched a doctor for a particular hospital it doesnt return the value under any dept.However selecting a hospital and browse theough the doctors it fet hes the dictors list from which I can select the "book" option. So require good developers to rebuild the basic features of the app which is devoiding.
