I play on the EN server and all of the sudden yesterday, I no longer could make any purchases in game. Everything for sale in the game are unavailable for purchase in my country (US) so I guess that means they are being rude to us all of the sudden. I could make purchases last week now. I can't. fix this and I will change my rating. completely unfair. I got VIP 9 and then suddenly purchases are no longer available..... Might have to stop playing since I don't get the same chance other's get.

The Daily First Top up pack said I needed to top up 180 diamonds to get it. I spent $2 on a pack for 240 diamonds and when I checked the pack again, it said I needed to top up 60 more diamonds. That doesn't make sense. I tried to get to the customer service page by clicking the link and nothing happened. It wouldn't open. Edit: I emailed them and got no response. Their scamming people, don't bother paying for anything in this game.

Sometimes, I play idle games for hours. But for this game, it's really boring. Well, it's an idle game, so what do I expect. Also, why is the advertisement showing Mona from Genshin Impact? Even the image of the summon result is very different from the in-game one. The gameplay is like most idle games, the art style is not that interesting for me. But yeah, there's nothing special and it's actually boring imo.
