Housinn is a mobile app for people to easily view properties for rent, sale or short-let anywhere in the country
Housinn is trying to provide 3 major solutions to Nigeria's Property market sector:
We are trying to drastically reduce the cost associated with buying/renting a property, ie Agency and inspection fees, etc . we plan on doing this:
(i) By encouraging owners to directly list their properties
(ii) By introducing District based agents (1 agent per district) and therefore regulate the agency/inspection fees
Housinn is also trying to solve the issue of accessibility and transparency by Geocoding these Properties' locations in a map view for users to easily see all their options and the exact location in the map.
we're also trying to introduce 3D Inspection and integrate property verification systems for users to have the best/safest property search experience
