We provide a summary of transaction signal trends over the past 30 days, the number of active listings, asking price ranges, and market prices by unit size for each complex. You can view this information in two ways: as a list or on a map.

We aggregate vanished listings by region and display the cities, counties, and districts with the most active trading in a ranking. Check which regions are seeing strengthening transaction signals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Simply click the star (⭐) on a complex. You will be notified first via push notification when a new transaction signal is detected. You can use the service immediately without signing up or logging in.

Therefore, we continuously improve accuracy by refining data using our proprietary verification algorithms (including duplicate removal, re-registration detection, and expiration filters) and cross-verifying it with actual transaction prices from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
