Driver Roster and Pay puts your bus driver shifts, swaps, leave, and earnings in one app — built specifically for depot bus drivers who need their roster on the go.

💰 Pay Tracking
Built-in pay engine calculates your earnings per shift — base rate, weekend loadings, public holiday loading, overtime hours, casual ×1.30/×2 rates — so you always know what your next pay looks like.
🔄 Shift Swaps
Swap your shift with another driver right from the app. No more paper forms or chasing the depot office. The other driver gets a notification and a clear summary of what they'd be picking up.
🆘 Leave Requests
Apply for sick leave, annual leave, or RDOs through the app. See the status of your request without needing to call.
➕ Extra Shifts & Casual Drivers
Standby and casual drivers can self-allocate available extras. Your home screen shows pending allocations with the same pay breakdown.
🚌 Bus & Yard
See which bus you're driving today, its current yard zone, and any open faults to flag with the depot before sign-on.
🛠️ Bus Checks & Incidents
File a quick pre-trip bus check or report an incident with photos. All entries are time-stamped and visible to your depot's operations team.

Direct messaging between drivers and ops — for swap negotiations, shift questions, and quick comms.

WHO IT'S FOR
This app is for drivers working at participating bus depots. You sign up using your employee ID and depot — your roster, line, and pay rates are loaded automatically. Currently supporting CDC depots in Sydney; we're rolling out gradually to additional operators.
If your depot hasn't been onboarded yet, contact your ops manager.
PRIVACY
We only collect what's needed to show you your roster and pay — your name, employee ID, email (for OTP login), shift history, swap requests, leave applications, bus check entries, and push notification token. Data lives in Australian datacenters. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or track you across other apps.
