About this app

MiniBusik is an app for minibus and minibus drivers who transport people on fixed routes. Press GO when you start, and from then on, passengers see your vehicle on the map and the estimated arrival time at their stop.

FOR WHOM

For carriers operating local and suburban routes, where the timetable is posted at the stop, leaving passengers unsure whether the bus has already passed or is stuck in traffic. Instead of dozens of calls asking "where are you?", passengers simply look at the map.

HOW IT WORKS

You record your route once while driving normally. The app records your route using GPS and automatically detects your stops. Then, you name the stops, adjust them on the route axis, and set departure times by day of the week. The timetable for passengers is calculated based on your actual journey, not estimates.

WHAT YOU GAIN

Passengers see the vehicle's live location and actual arrival time. You can see how many people have confirmed boarding at each stop.
A QR code, attached to the windshield, leads passengers directly to your ride.
You can send a message, for example, about a detour or a delay.
Request stops are marked separately to avoid confusion.

LOCATION

We collect your position only during an active ride, between pressing "GO" and the end of the ride. During this time, the notification bar displays that the ride is being transmitted. Outside of the ride, the app does not collect your location and does not build a history of your private rides. Consent to background location access is required because the ride can take up to an hour and the phone's screen is usually off.

PASSENGERS DO NOT NEED THE APP

Simply open the link or scan the QR code. They will see a map of your vehicle, a list of stops, and times. They won't see your phone number or personal information, only the vehicle's location.
