The worst! I honestly wish y'all left the other app alone!!! It showed us not only when the bus was close but when our children actually scanned so we knew they were ON the bus!!! That feature is HUGE!!! Just knowing the bus is close means nothing to me! Anyone can still pick them up at the busstop! That scan was a safeguard for parents! I'm not sure why you bothered with a program that seemed to be working! Plus it's not accurate. On Weds it doesn't update to reflect their early release time

The app is constantly having issues. either the server is down or it's just not working! For a couple months it works great. Other times it requires a login 5 times before it lets you in. Or it waits until you've tried logging in several times before saying the server is down. Or the buses are connected to the app but the app isn't relaying the location. Its an absolute mess. This is what the schools consider reliable....

this app is so bad. It randomly stops working. I had to create a new account twice because the first one it locked me out of for "incorrect password attempts" but it was only the second time ever opening the app and I hadn't even attempted the password yet. Then, for my new account, it deleted the students added to it. and I had to add them again. to which it would not add any students at all and froze any time I tried to add a student. couldn't get any bus tracking for the first day of school.
