it's okay when it remembers your login details. Unfortunately, the app keeps forgetting my password (I know my password is correct) so I have to keep using the forgotten password facility, which is utterly terrible and create a new password. Once I'm eventually logged into the app, it works okay. it's now improved, in that it allows you to use it with an active VPN.

It's great that you have the English option, but not so great that it is not working. Obviously for someone not being familiar with cyrillic, trying to descipher even letters from numbers is really difficult. Another downside is that you have to make different purchases if you need more than one ticket(for more people).

It's... okay. It can save you time queueing in front of the ticket terminal and rummaging for pocket change. But the UX sucks. The interface lags and stutters a lot. Often there is a 5 second delay between transitions. No visual feedback from button taps, leading to repeat drumming on the screen. The buttons themselves are tiny. Sometimes purchases take upwards of 10 min to register, and the app will charge you again if you try to repeat the purchase. Overall it takes a lot of getting used to.
