Every time the battery runs out or even low, it loses the bluetooth signal!! I have to uninstall and reinstall your application every time I wanna turn the sign on. I love the busy box sign for its looks, but it is zero dependable

Integrations stopped working and inexplicably can't be fixed. Support team literally sent me a video of it working for them, and basically "go figure it out for yourself". After Several months of this, I regret buying the device :(

The app will NOT scan for any devices, and my busybox will not pair, I know if something like the screen or the light diode will flash blue, BUT ITS NOT DOING IT FOR MY BUSYBOX, please fix the app again, for the next update, if this happens again, I will delete the app, pressures on..😏
