4. Campus Collaboration and Engagement
Console to create and manage - campus communities, events, clubs & chapters, faculty-mentor, gate pass, post-admission pre-joining student engagement, surveys, polls, direct messaging, transport services, issuances, gate pass, visitor’s pass, grievance tool, library services, IT help desk, examination help desk and general administration

The devs forgot to take into account basic scenarios, 0 risk management. For example, to create an outpass, they send a text message to your guardians providing them with a prompt to allow or not allow exit from the campus, however, this system does not work if someone is out of city. Would it have really killed the devs to provide an email option too ?
