Ratings and reviews

I have just received a letter about this "new" app. The last update was in 2018! Parts are in english, parts in german. I clicked in a form to see what it was and looks like I have made a request and there's no cancel button. App loses information when minimized. Photo is mandatory even if you do not need a photo. There's no chat support. No visible follow up on requests. The idea is awesome but really badly executed.

Idea was good, translations are slowly being added but for months I cannot create a report. I click send and nothing happens. It has so many bugs!

I cannot login anymore and it says to try later. But this LATER never comes! Also the registration doesn't work anymore. So nothing actually works with this app anymore.
