DUO Inspector is to be used in combination the Duo Evaluator or the Device Evaluator
In addition to your trade-in phone, you will need a second smartphone (with a functional camera) to run this Module.
Start by launching the DUO Trade-in app on your trade-in phone and follow the easy, self-guided, instructions. As part of the testing process, you will be provided with a QR code which you will need to scan with your secondary phone. This will allow you to launch this inspection module to take a series of photos that will assist in evaluating your trade-in phone’s condition.
