Bought a PVR gift card (₹782 for ₹1,000 value) and it does NOT redeem. Reached out to support via email, was told to message on WhatsApp instead, and got zero response there too. Followed up multiple times with full order details – still no refund, no reissue, nothing. It's been over a week with no resolution. Extremely poor customer support for a paid transaction. Would not recommend buying gift cards here until this is fixed.
