I feel I might have been too hasty in providing my feedback; having used it, I’ve noticed a significant shortcoming in the very first feature you offered—the 'Ride Compare' option. This service seems fake because, after completing the booking process, the call to the driver doesn't go through, nor do I receive a call from them; I end up waiting for a long time without any response. I have had this bad experience multiple times. it offers no benefit to the user.

I placed an order on Blinkit using the Buyhatke platform and the amount got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. The app doesn't even reflect that an order was placed or cancelled, or there was a failure when placing the order. I have dropped an email to the support team and I'm hoping my issue is resolved at the earliest and the amount is refunded to my account. I request the team to please look into it. I've provided all details & the relevant screenshot in the email.

The worst app possible to scam people and get away with it. I had recently bought a gift card of ₹1000+ for 816 only and when I go to the payment section in the pvr app its not redeeming and in the same my gift card just disappeared and it's not at all showing for me. Worst experience so far with the app ! I recommend not to use this and get scammed
