Ratings and reviews

Company messed up my order with another customer's order, which resulted in 3 weeks of delay and stress coordinating with other recipient. Company also failed to provide tracking number via the app until I reached out to customer service. App only updated the tracking number after the parcel arrived. Company also failed to deliver upon compensations they themselves proposed. Human customer service responds slowly and can only be contacted via email or app chat, no phone calls.

Living in the UK it can be quite a pain in the backside getting merchandise especially if you're an anime/manga fan. Been using this for a year and had absolutely no issues. Everything is straightforward, I always receive a response to any questions. Buy&Ship has honestly been a blessing in my life.

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow, only replies to 1 message at a time.
