About this app

My Buzz Alarms is the official customer area of ​​Buzz Alarms (a security company registered with the General Directorate of the Police, No. 4557).

Designed for our customers with monitored alarms. With the app you can:

• View your installation, contract, and alarm details
• Manage who uses your alarm: add or remove users and decide if they can see devices and notifications, or only arm and disarm
• Receive important alerts on your mobile phone (technician visits, changes to your alarm)
• View and download your invoices in PDF format
• View your maintenance and installation visits
• Access your contracts and certificates
• Request verified changes: contact person, password, or bank account
• Refer a friend: one free month for both of you when they install their alarm
• Protect the app with Face ID or fingerprint
• Switch between your alarms if you have several (home, business, etc.)

Available in Spanish, English, and Dutch.
