About this app

Skolaro is a comprehensive and centralized cloud-based application which takes care of the needs of all major stakeholders and departments of your school/College/University including Admin, Teaching Staff and Non-teaching, Accountant, Librarian Transport Parents, and Students.

Feeds: It shows a list of all the feeds/posts/recent updates by all the groups associated with the user.
Groups: Users can create and attach a video, Image, or simple text and can post it in groups for various classes. Parents can see all the posts that have been posted in the subject group and general group.
Messages: A simple way of communication mode to the users. The users can view and click any message with or without attachments which is displayed in the parent's APP
Attendance: Parents can see their single or Multiple children’s attendance history and current attendance status of the students.
Calendar: Users can see a list of all the scheduled events for a particular day in a month.
Virtual Classes: Students will be able to access the timetable and will be able to see the entire schedule of their respective classes.
Homework: Teachers can post Assignment’s/Homework based on the subjects. Students in turn can submit their homework as required by the school. The teachers can then evaluate the solution submitted by the student and return evaluated solution to the student. Published Assignments or Homework can be viewed in the Parent portal APP.
Timetable: Generates Class wise daily timetable of the students in the Parent portal.
Report Card: Publish the examination Marks and Grades of the students in the portal.
Parents can view and download all the academic information in the parent portal
Documents: A single place to store all the curriculum documents in a set of folders linked into particular groups.
Fees: Parents can see the Fee Schedules and Payment history of the particular child.
Parents have the facility to pay the child’s fees online and an automated payment receipt will be generated in the parent's portal App.
Benefits to Parents: Parents can get real-time updates about their children from time to time. Every parent will have a unique login to access in Web and Mobile APP. The portal will avail student Information, Report cards, Time Table, Exam Schedule, Online class details, and various reports. Parents can also pay the fees online, View and download the fee receipt as well in the portal.

Benefits to Teachers: All the teaching activities related to Attendance Marking, Publishing Feeds, Messages, Homework, Can conduct the class test and can annotate the paper online for their particular classes. Teachers will have a unique login to access in Web and Mobile APP

Benefits to Students: Students get a unique login to access in Web and App portals such as Students can take online Test, can publish Assignments to teachers, Students can view assignments or homework, Students can attend online classes and will be able to receive recent updates.

Ratings and reviews

Decent experience so far. Couple of improvements i wish for. 1) There should be a calendar view where teachers can select which day is which exam or assignment and a reminder pop up a day before for the parents. 2) The app messages notification comes multiple times for the same message, sometime more than 4 times as well

Everytime we have to login to the app which is very painful. Moreover the login ID is not that easy to remember. Developers need more maturity in designing apps. Request developers to support school by fixing thse issues. make it user-friendly and don't complicate. Even testers are requested to follow basics test cases. So many defects.

Cannot get notifications even notifications are enabled. I had given this review so that I can get notification of latest message but still nothing is improved.latest messages are missed due to lack of notification.
