It's more of a rating of the institution than the app. Using a web browser, the account will lock up for no reason, stating the data needs to be refreshed. No bills can be paid until the problem is rectified. Still have not gotten a plausible answer as to why this happens every 8-12 months. You might look elsewhere for your financial needs.

Very convenient and everyone is so nice. Very un-bankish! Lots of smiles!

I liked being able to see my last few transactions without having to log in everytime! Also I used to be able to transfer money just using someone's email address now I have to get all their banking info. I DO NOT like the update!
