More ongoing issues with this institution and the people who wrote this app. Apparently they will let you select a holiday for a payment date, but then throw the error "The provided process date is invalid". What kind of idiot programmer gives this kind of generic error without more details. Better be ready to commit all holiday's to memory.

I've been an account holder here for many years. Any time I've had to call or get help, BVSCU has been there and answered with professional and excellent customer service. The app is also very easy to use. I'll be with them for many years to come.

always technical problems notifications are rarely given an ample time can't get ahold of tech support that's for sure and they do not email you back
