Not stable, sometimes the wallets appears and sometimes it disappear, now all my digital wallet, tickets and coupons are gone, just like that, I had a phone update, then when I opened this app, it's empty! nothing there, it's like everything wiped out! that's really bad and not stable at all...I can't even communicate with the app developers, and there's no account I can use to bring back my lost wallets...

This stupid app suddenly stopped working. My account was removed, and there's no way to add it again. The add button no longer works. I tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, but it didn't help. There's no way to contact support.

One day all my rewards completely dissappeared, and I had many. There is no recovery options and customer support is completely ignoring me after multiple attempts to contact them. As soon as I mentioned I was on an Android phone they completely ignored me. All institutions should stay away from them.
