We used to rely on the BWC app regularly to get update for our pending payments, but ever since the update last year, it's been frustrating to use. The biggest issue is that we're no longer able to receive the OTP required for login or verification. I've logged complaint on almost every platform of BWC, but nothing works. It's disappointing that such a critical feature has been broken for so long without a proper fix. Until this is resolved, the app is practically unusable for many of us.

Good intiative but lacks in many functions like the photo provided at the time of membership or even now during sign up do not appears on profile. One can't get image from gallery. Every time one has to take pic of file. I have tried through contact us option as well. After filling the form a message appeared that concern will contact you shortly but no one contacted after lapse of two days.

It is an excellent initiative of bwc. However, i did not find an option to receive the code by email in order to complete the sign up process. Also, couldn't find an option to retrieve the code in case you entered wrong mobile number by mistake and nic is registered with the same which can not be changed.
